After a couple of hours rest we went back out around 3pm. People were saying that the wind had dropped a bit (Ha! Ha!) so I took a 4.7 with a 150 and Sarah a 4.2 with a 130.

They were wrong - it was even windier than the morning. I daren't even think about a gybe as every time I beared away I got catapulted.

So after nearly an hour we both went in to change down.
